Through this partnership, EDM will represent HR® as a distribution partner for small to mid- size healthcare facilities as well as spas, wellness centers, and other establishments. EDM will provide EcoVue® Ultrasound Gel for these facilities. This naturally-derived ultrasound gel is free of dyes, parabens and propylene glycol, making it gentler on patients while delivering exceptional glide and image quality with less mess and waste. Available in sterile and non-sterile options with a variety of packaging choices, including the EcoVue® FlexPac®, designed to reduce environmental impact through reductions in carbon emissions during production and shipping and also providing more complete product evacuation than a standard bottle thereby reducing waste.
HR Pharmaceuticals manufactures high-quality healthcare consumables in their York, PA manufacturing facility. HR’s product portfolio includes well-established, industry recognized branded products in addition to new, innovative product lines like EcoVue® Ultrasound Gel.
EDM will also be HR’s small to mid-size distribution partner for the HR® Lubricating Jelly and Surgilube® Surgical Lubricant. Both brands have been trusted by medical professionals for over 80 years and are widely used throughout the US and abroad by healthcare facilities of varying sizes.
This new partnership comes weeks following EDM’s acquisition of ERI International and is a step towards serving more healthcare facilities and wellness centers across the US.
