How can I place an order?

How is my order processed?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your product(s) are then prepared and packed in our Florida warehouse. Our preferred carrier is UPS with 4 options: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. However, if you would like us to use your carrier, please let us know. As your order ships, you receive a tracking number via email.
When will my order ship?
For all orders placed before 6 pm (eastern time), products will ship the same day. All orders placed after 6 pm will ship the next day.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you can check its status at any time in your account. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with your invoice and a tracking number to be checked on the carrier’s website.
Can I return my order?
All requests for return of products must be authorized by Seller’s customer service – customerservice@edm-us.com – prior to returning goods. An RMA number is required on all returns.
Our standard return policy for most products is 30 days from the ship date.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is confirmed defective. If any product is found to be defective, the Seller will promptly exchange and send a return label.
All returned Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
