Disposable LED Vaginal Speculum
The LED vaginal speculums feature a cordless light source for improved visualization and faster exams. The LED source is lightweight and easy to use. Therefore, you and your staff won't have to change your workflow. The speculum itself also benefits from the well-tested MedGyn design: the durable polystyrene plastic is non-toxic and smooth, for enhanced patient safety and comfort.
LED vaginal speculums are single-use and therefore should never be reused or reprocessed. We otherwise recommend Reusable metal speculums that are suitable for autoclaves or HLD.
Of course, LED Speculums are latex-free to accommodate allergic patients and staff members. We offer two versions (Sterile and non-sterile) as well as three sizes:
- Small: 1" x 4.5"
- Medium: 1.25" x 4.75"
- Large: 1.33" x 5.33"
The design allows the user to lock the speculum in a wide variety of positions. As a result, it is quick and easy to change the configuration during an examination, even with one hand.
