This product measures 5.5” x 2.5” x 5” and weighs 15 ounces. Its durable design facilitates multiple punctures and repeated use. It can be used to train for breast biopsies, such as FNA (fine needle aspiration) or core tissue biopsies. 1 unit
This ultrasound training phantom consists of simulated tissue with 11 lumps that mimic those found in real breasts, as well as other features such as compressibility. This allows for a more accurate representation of what it is like to perform a biopsy on an actual patient.
