ProV Access Needle Guide for Bard Site Rite
The ProV Access is an Out-Of-Plane (OOP) needle guide, designed to bring healthcare professionals the precision required for vascular access procedures. It accepts needle from 18 to 21 Ga and also features a quick-release mechanism to remove the transducer from the operating field rapidly. The ProV Access can be used for a wide variety of applications including CVC, PICCs & IV placements.
ProV Acces will keep the needle perpendicular to the ultrasound beam, allowing the user to track the tip of the needle precisely. As a result, placing a catheter has never been easier.
Plus, the ProV needle guide is compatible with Bard Site Rite ultrasound machines or can be mounted on a dedicated bracket specific to your transducer. For more information about compatibility, please contact our customer service.
The guide built for Vascular Access
The Prov Access needle guides are available in procedure kits, in needle guide kits or guide only:
- Needle guide only: Choose from 6 depths, from 0.5 cm to 3.5 cm
- Needle guide kit: Choose the right depths for your needs: 1.0/1.5/2 cm or 0.5/1/1.5 cm
- Procedure kit: Choose the kit for your needs: 1.0/1.5/3.5 cm OR 1.0/1.5/2.0 cm OR 1.5/2.0/3.5 cm OR 1.5/2.5/3.5 cm OR 0.5/1.0/1.5 cm. Each procedure kit also contains a Pull-Up latex-free probe cover and a sterile gel packet.
The ProV Access securely attaches to the bracket or directly to the probe, giving the user the precision needed to safely and quickly reach the blood vessel. As a result, clinicians can reach their target and place their catheter faster. Hence, the guided procedure presents fewer risks of damaging surrounding structures.
