Telescopic surgical probe covers (also known as intraoperative probe covers) are the best solution for protecting your ultrasound equipment during surgical procedures.
Their 96" extended length ensures safety and flexibility in the operating room, protecting the probe, the cord, and your patient! The width of 5.5" allow the use of a bracket and needle guide. Clinicians often use them for regional anesthesias before a surgery.
Sterile and Latex-free
Designed for the operating room, the surgical covers are sterile and latex-free, and therefore can be used in every situation faced by the medical staff.
The latex-free Clear material is a resistant polyethylene material. It is a proven barrier against cross contamination and will protect your equipment from blood and other contaminants. Body fluids and soil won't get into hard to clean areas.
The telescopic folding of this surgical cover is extremely convenient as a single sterile operator can easily invert the sheath over their hand, grab the transducer and simply unfurl the rest of the cover. In addition, this sterile cover comes with elastic bands, perfect to ensure a snug fit of the cover over the probe. A sterile gel packet is also included so infections are no longer a problem.
Intraoperative probe covers are tested to isolate a site of the surgical incision from microbial or other contaminants.
Transducer covers DO NOT replace a proper disinfection or sterilization
